A Brief Introduction

Eagle Army Pre-Primary School, Range Hills, Kirkee, is functioning under the aegis of AWES and is administered by Engr Static Workshop, Kirkee, Pune – 411020. This is an English medium school. The school currently is up to Upper Kindergarten. This is a co-ed school that follows the AWES guidelines. The academic year of the School starts in the month of April.

History

The foundation of EAPPS was laid down in the year 1990 and continued to grow under able management teams. Covering a long and fulfilling journey of 33 years, the school now stands tall with the present strength of more than 300+ students, thirteen teachers, nine support staff, and an administrative assistant, and the School Principal.

Aims and Goals

Eagles Army Pre-Primary School envisions providing access to a holistic quality Preschool education to enable the development of Preschool learners as curious, confident, involved, and creative learners. The aim of the school is to impart sound, moral, physical, and intellectual education to the students and to help in developing their personalities. The school lays emphasis on the good traditions and cultural richness of the nation.

Educational Direction

Being an English medium school, the basic objective is to draw students from vernacular medium and integrate them towards the mainstream. The school follows the curriculum recommended by AWES, they also enlist well-informative workbooks and worksheets for the students of APPS PAN India, thus bringing uniformity in Books and Syllabus. The school adheres to the guidelines laid down by AWES.

Layout in Brief

Initially, the school building comprised two classrooms, an office, and a playground. At present, it boasts ten classrooms which comprise of 03 x Nursery classrooms, 04 x LKG classrooms and 03 x UKG classrooms, with a Playground, a Traffic Park, a Sensory Park, Audio Visual Aids in all Classrooms, An Activity Room, a Visitors’ Room, a Sick Bay, Library, Covered Shelter for Assembly, Staff Room and Hygienic Amenities.
